Bill is responsible for the overall operations of ACOEM's headquarters. He works closely with the ACOEM President, Board, and staff to ensure that ACOEM is true to its mission, vision and strategic inventory. Bill has nearly two decades of experience in executive roles for medical societies. Bill earned his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and is also an ASAE Certified Association Executive.

He served as the CEO of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians for nearly 30 years, and as the Executive DIrector of the Family Medicine Midwest Foundation for 8 years.

Marianne oversees the communications and publications team and is responsible for editing ACOEM's monthly newsletters, position papers, and guidance statements. She is the lead administrator of the Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers website and LEO task force. She also manages special projects for the Board and is the liaison for various councils. Marianne holds a BA from Mundelein College and an MA from Northeastern Illinois University.

She builds relationships, secures sponsorships, and manages advertising and exhibit sales for the annual meeting, the American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC). Janet is the point person for print, digital, broadcast communications, and other projects involved in the marketing and promotion of ACOEM's conferences, courses, and educational products. She also represents the College at external events. Janet holds a BA in International Relations and French from Michigan State University.

She comes to the College with experience administering sub-contract agreements with partners related to environmental health for children. Isabel earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago and is expected to complete her Master's in Public Health from Northern Illinois University in the Fall 2022.

Julie leads the College's grant initiatives including ACOEM's role in a cooperative agreement from CMSS/CDC to increase COVID-19, influenza, and routine vaccinations in adults in occupational health settings. She is also the staff liaison to the Council on OEM Practice and responsible for ACOEM's Practice Guidelines, Excellence in Corporate Health Achievement Award, and IOMSC. Julie has 20 years of association experience and holds a MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
