NEW! Submit a Worksite Visit/Worksite Hazard Proposal for the 105th American Occupational Health Conference

ACOEM is accepting submissions for Worksite Visit/Worksite Hazard Sessions at AOHC Virtual 2021 through December 15, 2020.  Worksite visits provide the opportunity to gain insights about the perceived sources of health and safety threats, if any, from specific work environments.  They allow application of the industrial hygiene framework of hazard anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control.  Virtual worksite visits are ideal ways to simulate what many OEM healthcare providers do on a day-to-day basis, therefore offering an experiential learning platform.

The AOHC Program Committee will consider submissions that cover a broad worksite visit or a more specific hazard within a worksite.  As you prepare your submission, consider how best to convey the teaching points to the audience to ensure that attendees have the best learning experience.

All proposals must be submitted electronically. Proposals will be accepted through 12:00 noon CDT, December 15, 2020.
