PROGRAM OVERVIEW

OEM Forward: Today, Tomorrow, and Beyond

Join us for a dynamic three-day virtual experience designed to explore where Occupational & Environmental Medicine (OEM) stands today — and where it’s headed next. This thematic journey will strengthen your clinical foundation, expand your perspective on emerging trends, and prepare you for the evolving future of practice.

Day 1: Core / Foundations

Ground yourself in the core competencies that define excellence in OEM practice. Day 1 focuses on strengthening essential clinical skills, reviewing high-impact topics, and addressing the real-world challenges OEM professionals face every day..

Day 2: Evolving Practice & Research

Explore how OEM is transforming. From new research findings to innovative approaches in patient care, policy, and workplace health, Day 2 highlights the evidence shaping tomorrow’s best practices.

Day 3: Looking Ahead / The Future of OEM

The future is nearer than we think. Day 3 challenges you to think forward — examining emerging risks, technological advances, regulatory shifts, and evolving workforce needs that will redefine OEM in the years ahead.
