Committee Charges


Supports the College's vision, mission, strategic plan, and principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.  

Supports the College’s budgetary plan and safeguards its financial stability.

Reviews financial performance and provides quarterly updates to the Board of  Directors.

Review the College’s annual budget as prepared by the CEO and staff.
     a)  Proposes revisions to the budget
     b)  Provides recommendation for approval to the Board of Directors.

Directs the selection of outside auditors and review the external financial audit.

Reviews membership dues amounts annually and recommends increases or alterations of the dues structure.

Responsible for initiating, implementing, and modifying the investment policy, with the approval of the Executive Committee.

Monitors compliance with local, state, and federal financial policies.
