Committee Charges
Supports the College's vision, mission, strategic plan, and principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Develops the slate of candidates for the yearly Board Election as required by the Bylaws.
Reviews candidate submissions to confirm eligibility.
Provides recommendations to the Board of Directors for final approval at their yearly Incoming Board Meeting, held at AOHC.
Must maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, as the committee will deal with sensitive and classified materials
