An accomplished association executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare, legal, and higher education sectors, Andrew J. Prazuch, CAE will lead ACOEM’s strategic initiatives, membership growth, and operational excellence as Executive Director.
Prazuch joins ACOEM from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he served as Membership Director. During his tenure at ACHE, he led recruitment efforts for a 53,000-member global community, achieving consistent annual growth and implementing innovative onboarding and retention programs.

Rosenthal, MD, MPH, MA, MSQM, FACOEM. “His proven track record in doubling organizational budgets, fostering deep volunteer engagement, and his entrepreneurial approach to association management makes him the ideal leader to navigate the evolving landscape of occupational and environmental medicine.”
Prior to his work in Chicago, Prazuch spent 12 years as the Executive Director of the King County Bar Association in Seattle. His career also includes significant leadership roles at the American Immigration Law Foundation and NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

A Certified Association Executive (CAE), Prazuch is a past president of the Washington State Society of Association Executives. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a dedicated volunteer leader in adult literacy initiatives.
