Conference Questions

Q: I never received a log in email from Swapcard. How do I access the event?

A: Visit and click the LOGIN button. Enter the email address you used to register for the event with ACOEM. If you are not automatically logged in, please click "Send Me a Magic Link" to gain access / reset your password.

Q: What are the hours of the conference?   

A: Sessions are scheduled within the following time frames. Please view the agenda for additional information on concurrent session and general/plenary session programming.

  • Sunday, 5/2/2021: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Central
  • Monday, 5/3/2021: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Central
  • Tuesday, 5/4/2021: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central
  • Wednesday, 5/5/2021: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM Central

Exhibit booths can be viewed at any time. We have asked that they are staffed during the following times (Central):

  • Sunday, 8:30 AM – 9 AM; 10:30-11 AM; noon – 1 PM; 2 – 2:30 PM
  • Monday, 8:30 AM – 9 AM; 10:30-11 AM; 12:30 – 1:30 PM; 2:30 PM – 3 PM
  • Tuesday, 10-10:30 AM; noon – 12:45 PM; 2:15 – 2:45 PM
  • Wednesday, 8:45-9:15 AM

Q: Will the sessions be recorded and available to watch later? 

A: Yes! With the exception of a handful of noted sessions, the social events, and the breakout discussion rooms, the sessions will be available to watch on demand in the Swapcard platform. Registrants will have access to the platform for the rest of the year.

Q: Are the session slides available for download?  

A: Yes! A PDF of the slides are available for download in the Documents section within each session.

Q: Can I still get access to the conference once it ends? 

A: Registrants will have access to the platform for the rest of the year. You will still be able to view your chat history and connections.

Q: How will I claim CME for AOHC Virtual 2021?

A: All registrants eligible for CME will receive instructions via email after the conference concludes. CME information is available here.

Swapcard Platform Questions

Q: How do I start a video or audio call?   

A:  You will see the boldened video icon in the upper right corner of the messages page.  Click to initiate a video/audio call.

Q: How will I be notified when I get a connection request, message, or meeting request? 

A: The message icon on the top right will highlight red and a pop-up will appear on your screen. The notification icon will include the number of new messages you have.  You will also receive a notification in the “My Event” tab under "My meetings". If a notification has not been seen in 24 hours, you will receive an email notifying you to log into the platform to see your new notifications. Make sure this setting is turned on, you can toggle this on and off on the settings page. 

Q: What can I do to better view the sessions when they are lagging, and I can’t view? 

A: We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as an internet browser for a better user experience. Please also check your internet connection, to ensure a strong enough connection to stream the sessions. We also have a mobile app, sessions are viewable there as well.  Finally, we recommend that you refresh your screen periodically to receive newly posted updates to our messages and agenda.

Q: I can’t find my profile in the Attendee List – how can I see it? 

A: Please ensure that your profile is visible. You can toggle this on and off on the Attendee Page on the left-hand panel. 

Q: Does the show have a mobile app? 

A: You can access a mobile-friendly version of AOHC Virtual 2021 in a web browser on your smartphone by visiting

Q: Can I export an attendee list? 

A: No. An exported attendee list is not available for the public. Please go to the Attendee tab to review a full list of attendees.
