The ACOEM professional staff manages day-to-day operations and supports the vision and mission of the organization.
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Bruce, MBA, CAE
Bill is responsible for the overall operations of ACOEM's headquarters. He works closely with the ACOEM President, Board, and staff to ensure that ACOEM is true to its mission, vision and strategic inventory. Bill has nearly two decades of experience in executive roles for medical societies. Bill earned his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and is also an ASAE Certified Association Executive.
Vincent Keenan, MS, CAE
Vincent will be serving as ACOEM's Interim CEO as of June 11, 2022. He is a consultant with 35+ years of association management experience in national and state-level medical societies. He served as the CEO of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians for nearly 30 years, and as the Executive DIrector of the Family Medicine Midwest Foundation for 8 years.
Customer Experience Ambassador
Sandra’s primary focus is on providing outstanding customer service and support for inquiries related to membership and educational activities. She works collaboratively with all departments to streamline and improve the member experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Sandra has over 20 years of association, account management, and customer support experience.
Elizabeth DeWolfe, CAE

Elizabeth is responsible for developing, advancing, and enhancing educational, networking, and career development opportunities for ACOEM members. She is a liaison to volunteer committees, task forces, and interest groups, helping guide them in meeting annual strategic goals. She is the primary ACOEM contact for Components and Sections. Elizabeth holds a BA in English Literature from Western Illinois University.
Marianne Dreger, MA

Marianne oversees the communications and publications team and is responsible for editing ACOEM's monthly newsletters, position papers, and guidance statements. She is the lead administrator of the Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers website and LEO task force. She also manages special projects for the Board and is the liaison for various councils. Marianne holds a BA from Mundelein College and an MA from Northeastern Illinois University.
Danielle works closely with ACOEM staff through data entry in the LMS system, and contributes to the development, delivery, and technical direction for ACOEM's on-demand, online education. She also assists in coordinating aspects of ACOEM's webinar program. Danielle holds a BA from Columbia College - Chicago.
Meetings & Education Manager
Susan Filz, CMP, DES
Susan join the ACOEM Education Team in 2021. She brings over 20 years of event planning and production experience to the organization. Her primary focus is ensuring ACOEM’s live events such as AOHC run smoothy and meet attendee needs. She holds a Masters Degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University, is a Certified Meeting Planner and a Digital Event Strategist.
Senior Manager, Industry Relations
Janet Fyock, IOM

Janet is responsible for ACOEM's industry/sponsor outreach and partnership development and management. She builds relationships, secures sponsorships, and manages advertising and exhibit sales for the annual meeting, the American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC). Janet is the point person for print, digital, broadcast communications, and other projects involved in the marketing and promotion of ACOEM's conferences, courses, and educational products. She also represents the College at external events. Janet holds a BA in International Relations and French from Michigan State University.

Sharon manages ACOEM's newsletters and subscriptions, and administers the Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers website. She also oversees special projects and is the assistant liaison for the Communications Department for various councils. Sharon is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Heather Hodge, M.Ed.
Heather joined ACOEM in July 2020 with over 14 years of professional experience in continuing education with an emphasis on analysis of learner needs; design, development and implementation of effective educational interventions; and evaluation. She earned her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University.

Nathalie is part of the education team and possesses a wealth of knowledge about ACOEM programs and history. Her primary responsibilities include ACOEM's Joint Provider program, MOC Part 4, support of live courses, and ACCME PARS and ABPM MOC recordkeeping.
Chad is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and holds a degree in Telecommunications. Chad oversees ACOEM's customer relationship management technology.

Isabel joined the ACOEM Team in 2022 as the Program Manager for the CMSS/CDC grant. She comes to the College with experience administering sub-contract agreements with partners related to environmental health for children. Isabel earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago and is expected to complete her Master's in Public Health from Northern Illinois University in the Fall 2022.
Director, Scientific Programs
Julie Ording, MPH

Julie leads the College's grant initiatives including ACOEM's role in a cooperative agreement from CMSS/CDC to increase COVID-19, influenza, and routine vaccinations in adults in occupational health settings. She is also the staff liaison to the Council on OEM Practice and responsible for ACOEM's Practice Guidelines, Excellence in Corporate Health Achievement Award, and IOMSC. Julie has 20 years of association experience and holds a MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
Charlie joined ACOEM's Engagement Team in 2020. He has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. Charlie brings experience in social media communication, PR, and marketing.
Executive Assistant - Governance Support Coordinator
June joined ACOEM in 2022 and assists with the administrative tasks related to supporting the College’s volunteers, volunteer bodies, and related activities. She manages the annual volunteer calendar pertaining to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, House of Delegates, and select Board committees. June also supports ACOEM office operations.

Erin manages Membership, Marketing, and Customer Service. She oversees strategic projects, process improvements, and innovation at the College, and manages OEHF. Erin has over 15 years of medical association experience. She holds a BS in Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration as well as a Certificate of Business Foundations and a minor in psychology from Indiana University.
Adam joined ACOEM's membership team in November 2021. Adam will play a key role in providing exceptional support to the members of the College through processing and updating membership data, providing assistance to volunteer-led special interest sections, workgroups, and committees, and coordinating webinars, reports, and meetings.
