Chief Executive Officer
Craig Sondalle became ACOEM's CEO in November 2022. Craig has had a 25+ year career in association leadership, most recently as Executive Vice President of the Association Solutions division of MCI USA. He joined the engagement and experience agency after the acquisition of Sentergroup, a leading Chicago-based association management company he founded in 2000 and led as CEO through 19 years of corporate and client-focused success. Through Craig’s stewardship and approach to value-based leadership, Sentergroup provided innovative, tailored, and growth-orientated membership, marketing, education, event, and strategy solutions to a broad portfolio of association and non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Craig has led and supported close to 50 associations, including a large and diverse roster within the health care arena.
Senior Manager, Member Engagement
Ginny joined ACOEM in August 2022 and comes to ACOEM with a plethora of association membership experience. Ginny will lead ACOEM in member recruitment and retention and be the primary point of contact for the Council on Member Engagement.
Customer Experience Ambassador
Sandra’s primary focus is on providing outstanding customer service and support for inquiries related to membership and educational activities. She works collaboratively with all departments to streamline and improve the member experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Sandra has over 20 years of association, account management, and customer support experience.
Marianne Dreger, MA

Marianne oversees the communications and publications team and is responsible for editing ACOEM's monthly newsletters, position papers, and guidance statements. She is the lead administrator of the Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers website and LEO task force. She also manages special projects for the Board and is the liaison for various councils. Marianne holds a BA from Mundelein College and an MA from Northeastern Illinois University.
Danielle works closely with ACOEM staff through data entry in the LMS system, and contributes to the development, delivery, and technical direction for ACOEM's on-demand, online education. She also assists in coordinating aspects of ACOEM's webinar program. Danielle holds a BA from Columbia College - Chicago.
Senior Manager, Industry Relations
Janet Fyock, IOM

Janet is responsible for ACOEM's industry/sponsor outreach and partnership development and management. She builds relationships, secures sponsorships, and manages advertising and exhibit sales for the annual meeting, the American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC). Janet is the point person for print, digital, broadcast communications, and other projects involved in the marketing and promotion of ACOEM's conferences, courses, and educational products. She also represents the College at external events. Janet holds a BA in International Relations and French from Michigan State University.
Heather Hodge, M.Ed.
Heather joined ACOEM in July 2020 with over 14 years of professional experience in continuing education with an emphasis on analysis of learner needs; design, development and implementation of effective educational interventions; and evaluation. She earned her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University.

Nathalie is part of the education team and possesses a wealth of knowledge about ACOEM programs and history. Her primary responsibilities include ACOEM's Joint Provider program, MOC Part 4, support of live courses, and ACCME PARS and ABPM MOC recordkeeping.
Chad is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and holds a degree in Telecommunications. Chad oversees ACOEM's customer relationship management technology.
Isabel Montoya-Curtis, MPH

Isabel joined the ACOEM Team in 2022 as the Program Manager for the CMSS/CDC grant. She comes to the College with experience administering sub-contract agreements with partners related to environmental health for children. Isabel earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago and her Master's in Public Health from Northern Illinois University.
Director, Scientific Programs
Julie Ording, MPH

Julie leads the College's grant initiatives including ACOEM's role in a cooperative agreement from CMSS/CDC to increase COVID-19, influenza, and routine vaccinations in adults in occupational health settings. She is also the staff liaison to the Council on OEM Practice and responsible for ACOEM's Practice Guidelines, Excellence in Corporate Health Achievement Award, and IOMSC. Julie has 20 years of association experience and holds a MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
Charlie joined ACOEM's Engagement Team in 2020. He has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. Charlie brings experience in social media communication, PR, and marketing.
Executive Assistant - Governance Support Coordinator
June joined ACOEM in 2022 and assists with the administrative tasks related to supporting the College’s volunteers, volunteer bodies, and related activities. She manages the annual volunteer calendar pertaining to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, House of Delegates, and select Board committees. June also supports ACOEM office operations.

Erin manages Membership, Marketing, and Customer Service. She oversees strategic projects, process improvements, and innovation at the College, and manages OEHF. Erin has over 15 years of medical association experience. She holds a BS in Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration as well as a Certificate of Business Foundations and a minor in psychology from Indiana University.
Shahida joined ACOEM in October 2022. She has over 20 years of association experience and has a degree in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto, Scarborough. Shahida will provide primary staff support in the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of ACOEM’s live and virtual meetings including AOHC.
Michelle Suarez, CMP, DES
Michelle joined ACOEM in 2023 and will have strategic oversight of all the meeting planning elements of ACOEM’s events and experiences, with a special emphasis on AOHC. As a Digital Event Strategist (DES), she will oversee strategic analysis, support, and recommendations on ACOEM's online, virtual, and hybrid events.
Adam joined ACOEM's membership team in November 2021. Adam plays a key role in providing support to members of the College through processing membership data, as well as providing assistance to volunteer-led special interest sections, workgroups, and committees.
