Committee Charges
Supports the College's vision, mission, strategic plan, and principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Recommends changes to the Bylaws as required by legal, policy, or procedural issues.
Reviews proposed Bylaws changes and recommends proposed revisions / amendments.
Reviews new and existing ACOEM policies to ensure that these documents are in line with the Bylaws, and recommends Board approval or rejection.
