ACOEM Applauds NIOSH Worker Reinstatement

ACOEM welcomed the full reinstatement of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) workforce on January 14, restoring critical scientific and technical capacity essential to protecting worker health and safety nationwide.

WVU Opens New Occupational Medicine Clinic, ACOEM Member Dr. Robert Cirincione to Lead

WVU Medicine Berkeley Medical Center has opened a new Occupational Medicine clinic to expand access to workplace health services in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle.
 
Led by Medical Director Dr. Robert Cirincione, an ACOEM member, the clinic fills a critical gap in regional occupational health services and serves as a bridge between employers and employees. Read the full article here.

ACOEM and the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH) Strengthen Global Collaboration in Occupational Health
 
Signed during the ICOH Midterm Meeting in Naples, Italy, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) reflects a shared commitment to advancing research, education, and professional exchange across borders.
 
Through this partnership, ACOEM and ICOH will collaborate on scientific initiatives, joint meetings, and knowledge-sharing efforts aimed at improving worker health and safety worldwide.
