Below are resources and answers to frequently asked questions. If you don't see the answer to your question, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I log in to the website? 
To log in to the website, you'll need to reset your password. Please follow these instructions: 
 
  • Navigate to the log in page.
  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • Check your email inbox for instructions on resetting your password

WHere is the site menu?

The menu button is located in the top left corner. This is called a "hamburger menu," and will expand when it is tapped or clicked.

Where is the Doctorfinder or member directory?

The DoctorFinder has been renamed to "Find A Provider".  There is a link in the footer on every page on ACOEM.org.  The Member Directory is now on the ACOEM Connect portal.  


How do I make a purchase? 
  • Click on the Menu (white hamburger button) on the top left side of the Home page
  • Click on Store in the drop down menu (OR click on "Store" in the footer of the site)
  • Click on the green Accept button to accept use of cookies to proceed
  • Use the Search bar on the top left (with the magnifying glass) and type in the item you are looking for, or scroll through the items on the page and select the item(s) you wish to purchase
  • Click on the green Add to Cart button
  • Click on the green Check Out button
  • If  you are an ACOEM member, Log In to your account
  • If you are not an ACOEM member, Create an account
  • If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code box and hit the green Apply button
  • Use the green Update Cart button to continue to check out and input your payment information

How DO I REGISTER FOR A LIVE course? 
  • Click on the Menu (white hamburger button) on the top left side of the Home page
  • Click on Learning in the drop down menu
  • Click on Courses & Events
  • Click on the green Accept button to accept use of cookies to proceed
  • Click on the black Register Now button in the top right corner
  • If  you are an ACOEM member, Log In to your account
  • If you are not an ACOEM member, Create an account
  • If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code box and hit the green Apply button
  • Use the green Update Cart button to continue to check out and input your payment information

How can I access an online course?
  • Click on the Menu (white hamburger button) on the top left side of the Home page
  • Select the Online Learning option
  • Click on the green Add to Cart button
  • Click on the green Check Out button
  • If  you are an ACOEM member, Log In to your account
  • If you are not an ACOEM member, Checkout as a Guest
  • If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code box and hit the green Apply button
  • Use the green Update Cart button to continue to check out and input your payment information

What do I need to do to set up an ACOEM Connect profile?

See: "How do I log in to the website?"

Where is MyACOEM?
MyACOEM has been retired.  In its place we have two new portals.  ACOEM Connect is where you can view your account information, purchase and member history, and access member features like the member directory. Log in to access ACOEM Connect.

ACOEM Communities is where you can access special interest section discussions, files and other materials. ACOEM Communities also has workspaces for component societies, and ACOEM committees and councils. Log in to access ACOEM Communities.

Once you successfully complete an online test, your CME/MOC will be entered in your online transcript.
