Application and Fee

Interested in applying for the Excellence in Corporate Health Achievement Award? 
For the 2021 award cycle, Letter of Intent to Apply is due August 31, 2020 and Applications are due October 1, 2020.

Application Fee
The application fee is $4,000 ($3,500 for non-profit applicants).

Site Visit Fees
Those organizations that are deemed strong candidates for the eCHAA will warrant a site visit by a team of reviewers. The organization will be responsible for the travel and lodging expenses to conduct the site visit (usually two examiners for 1½ days).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will conduct online site visits (if necessary).
